ALL OUR HEARTS BEAT AS ONE’

In a show stopping exhibition at Gallery Different  in the heart of Fitzrovia, London on the 13th, 14th and 15th October 2016, fifty heart based canvases created by well-known actors, designers and musicians alongside major artworks by renowned artists were displayed, all to be sold to raise funds for the ground breaking cardiac stem cell charity, the Heart Cells Foundation.  an online auction of the celebrity canvases went online at www.gallerydifferent.co.uk .

A host of guests attended to experience the energy and joy of the art. An online auction of the celebrity canvases went live online and attracted considerable interest.

Cindy commented “I realize life is very precious, that the vibration of our heartbeat with the sound of a beating drum within us, connects us to mother earth. We are all from the same source. Thank you to the universe for giving me a gift to be able to connect to all that is. I was blown away by the A list celebrities who contributed such amazing art to ALL OUR HEARTS BEAT AS ONE, in such a generous, spirited and understanding way –we all need to change the way we live our lives so separately

Cindy Lass’ All Our Hearts Beat As One launch event was a truly phenomenal success! Over 55 celebrities including…

What began as a simple idea – to get a group of people together, evolved into a unique event hosted by Cindy Lass & Nikki Newman. The exhibition seeks to act as a reminder of the Quantum physics concept, that something doesn’t exist unless we observer it – and what Cindy Lass curated stimulated the conscious observer in all of us. Through the act of observing and recognising ourselves as one pumping heart feeding a single body of humanity – All Our Hearts Beat As One

I wanted to find a way to raise our awareness and vibration by taking us back into our hearts through colour and joy – and allow people to connect in this way. In this electronical world we live in – its true; we ARE all connected however we think too much in our heads – devices in fact disconnect us. Our heart is where our passion is, and our feelings – we need to go back there, we need this energy in our hearts to beat with those around us and this has driven me to create All Our Hearts Beat As One…”

This is just the beginning… open your hearts and trust…

In loving memory of my dear friend Henry Cumming, taken too soon 21.12.16.

It all begins by placing your hand on your heart…
It’s simple, try it please…

Do you feel your heart beating?
Take a moment, feel… your heart beating…

Planning the Exhibition – All Our Hearts Beat As One

What an honor to be working on a project like this.

All Our Hearts Beat As One, Cindy’s mission to create an international day of connection, was launched 12th September 2012. Four years later and the initiative is attracting global attention.

The 2016 Art Event will take place this October at the gallery DIFFERENT in the heart of London’s West End, opening with a VIP Gala event on Thursday 13th October 2016 and continuing with an exhibition and other events on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th October 2016.

Depression, mental illness and loneliness resulting in death, are dramatically on the increase. Our ability to communicate directly to individuals all over the world via an increasing number of devices and media has ironically led to more isolation, less personal interaction and a loss of community identity.

This initiative aims to reconnect us to one another through the powerful medium of art as a force to ‘regenerate’ our hearts.

This year’s exhibition will be raising money and awareness for the Heart Cells Foundation, a charity funding a groundbreaking therapy specialising in the physical regeneration of the heart utilising a patient’s own stem cells to treat a range of heart diseases.

There will be a number of high profile events leading up to the exhibition, which will be publicised with a coordinated PR campaign to alert mainstream media and press, and to invite VIP’s from the worlds of art, sport, television, film and public life to attend the exhibition events.

Artists participating include some of the most exciting contemporary talent, and one element of the exhibition – the 2020 wall will comprise 75 20 x 20 cm canvases which will be painted by artists, sports personalities and celebrities and will be sold with the sale proceeds going to our nominated charity. There will catalogue of the works for sale, and an online auction prior to the event.

Cindy is keen for the campaign to reach a wide demographic. An art competition targeting teenagers, from many cultures and ethnic backgrounds, is also in the planning. Art reflecting how the teenagers can regenerate their own hearts by reaching out and connecting with others will culminate in a public exhibition of their work. Six finalists will be selected and their work will be also be displayed at the gallery DIFFERENT three day gala event.
