School Projects

I was invited to many schools to talk about Everyone Has The Right To Blossom. Eva Schloss, Anne Frank’s step sister, kindly joined me in talking about surviving the holocaust. We spoke to the children, we did art with the children, we planted a tree with the children and we gave them a limited printed lithograph of the original Anne Frank Tree that I was asked to paint that is now hanging in The Museum Of Tolerance in Beverley Hills U.S.A.

School St Joan of Arc, Catholic school in Rickmansworth; it was a moving show on the thursday night 29th January. 12 different schools expressing all the awful killings all over the world through dance, drama, music, it was very moving. My postcards, badges, and bands were given to 500 pupils. I was asked back tuesday to an assembly of 500 students to talk about how the Anne Frank tree painting came about and about my life. It was a wonderful morning, the head master was very kind and really cared about the children’s welfare and minds. Thank you to David, Lisa and Ellie from Hertfordshire Sacre.

I would also like to thank St Edmund’s Pre Prep School Canterbury for allowing me to take a two hour art class with the under 8’s and Woolfson Hillel Primary School, St Anthony School Dulwich and Immanuel College Bushy. It was a great privilege to open the Queen’s College O Level art exhibition in Portland Place, I was very impressed by the art work.
